We met Sven and Kathleen from the Porschist magazine in the Faroe Islands and did a mini-shoot with an oldtimer Porsche on the spot for their Porsche magazine. Happy faces resulted in a new collaboration which took us all the way to Greenland. We shot both photographs and videos for the Porsche magazine in which we showcase the extreme conditions Porsche cars are found. The collaboration with Air Greenland gave us opportunities to shoot at bizarre locations. A new collaboration with Sven and Kathleen's magazine is upon us!

Beyond Travels is a travel platform focusing on a new concept where travelers find their way through Google Maps locations. Eyecandy media is responsible for all videos, photographs, graphic design, website design and social media of the travel platform. The travel platform gives a great opportunity to connect all the different aspects from media together. 

The Youtube channel is filled with travel videos. In this portfolio we just shared a video to explain the concept, a unique cocktail bar in Madeira and a mini-documentary we created about climate change at Iceland's largest glacier.

Efstidalur II is a major player in Iceland's busiest tourist routes, and their popularity is growing! The farm, hotel, restaurant, ice cream bar and horse rental is located between touristic attractions in the Golden Circle. Eyecandy has created a documentary about Efstidalur's most wanted product: skyr. 

We have been working together since 2022 and take care of social media, photography, videography and graphic design. It has been an amazing collaboration so far and our plans is to expand our goals when it comes to media and marketing for 2024!

The Dutch Judo Federation invited us to the European Championships Judo 2023 in The Hague, The Netherlands. Our focus was to get the best moments of the Dutch judoka's. Luckily, the Dutch managed to gather a couple of medals which gave way to shooting great photographs. Clean and crisp, even in an indoor environment. Moments which will be in the memory of the players forever. 

Timing is everything when capturing photographs at a high-level judo tournament!

Bart Jessen, owner of the GetReal gym, asked us to photograph spontaneous moments during a group session in the gym. The goal was to create content which was real, not scripted and posed. We both agreed that social media and a lot of advertisement exist of posed photographs which doesn't really fit the idea of doing sports. Sports should be about action and focus to the sport. Bart was looking for pictures shot in the moment. Unposed, unscripted. Real sport pictures.

Canadian karate brand Arawaza wanted to promote their Onyx Oxygen kumite (the karate outfit). We arranged a shoot in a dojo with two Dutch toplevel karate athletes.

Doomslayer is an event concept organized by Warface and Complex Maastricht. The event hosts a set of popular dj's from the hardstyle and hardcore scene to ensure a night to remember for, mainly, youngsters. The organization asked for photography of the artists. In this night we put our focus in shooting photographs which are reflecting the experience from the crowd. Photographs which are taken from the guest's perspective to create pictures resembling the true ambience of the night. Like always, we also shot the regular shots we always do!

Capturing the best moments on a EDM event.

DJ act Deadly Guns got his first booking at the mainstage of Dominator Festival, the largest outdoor event for the Hardcore music scene. Eyecandy joined Deadly Guns on this massive stage and captured both photos and videos. The purpose of this is to promote the Deadly Guns DJ act as well as the incredible memory it has for Michael, the DJ, to look back to one of the milestones of his DJ career.

Provincial television and radio station L1 invited us for photography at the annual LVK song contest. It's a large event with thousands of visitors and a number of artists racing to win the contest. For the seventh year we captured the right moments of the evening. Thanks at L1 for having us!

Züblin Timber constructed the new visitor information center in Germany's Black Forest National Park. It was a challenging construction as the architecture resembles fallen tree trunks as how they appear in nature on a forest's floor. To visualize the architecture we used a drone to get a total view of the image. 

Rotodyne Asselbergs was in the need of a restyled corporate video. The website was getting an update and a brand new video to showcase the production of the company was needed. Eyecandy created this video and took photographs to help Rotodyne Asselbergs get the result they were looking for.

AFNORTH International School provides education for over 900 children of JFC HQ Brunssum, other NATO personnel serving in the Netherlands and families working in international companies in this region. To strengthen their online presence AFNORTH International School asked us to translate the school's core values (collaboration, creativity, character, critical thinking, communication and citizenship) into videos. It was quite a challenge, but both the school and Eyecandy were very pleased with the results.

Sjup & Sjoop is a regional artist making music in a dialect spoken only in a relatively small area. However, the production quality of the music is high, even with a specific target audience. Eyecandy realized the presskit, music videos, website design and graphic design for the Sjup & Sjoop act. Even though the overall theme of the act is to be unserious, we tried our best to create high-end content with the limited materials available.

L1 Radio and Television invited me to capture the Oktoberfest event in Sittard. The event focuses on the German-styled music and traditional clothing. A great setting to shoot photographs with the right accent for an Oktoberfest. International artists like Die Draufgänger, Semino Rossi and more. 

Nachtdienst Events is a concept which organizes techno, house and deep house events in The Netherlands. Eyecandy functions as their content creator for the design of event flyers, photography at events and shooting videos. Feel free to check out their website to see more of our collaboration.

Linda & Heðinn invited us to create a short wedding film, as a memory in motion to their Big Day filled with family and friends. The Icelandic weather gods were with us. It was a beautiful day in which we found a big, but funny, contrast between her place and his place. We think it's important to be creative and have the ability to improvise when the situation asks for it. The original script changed quickly and we decided to visualize the big difference between the preparation of the bridge and the groom. This is the wedding day capturing with as little as interference as videographer as possible. The true memory which is most important for the ones getting married.

Photographs with family and friends might be (or become) the most valuable photographs you will have at some point in life. While this may sound a bit dramatic, it is true. For this reason it's an honor to shoot families, groups of friends or people with their pets. Secure the image of a happy family is one of the finest aspects of photography.

We wanted to create a cinematic trailer in the kickboxing scene. It resulted in this spec commercial for Hayabusa, a premium kickboxing brand. For the Rise video shoot we collaborated with Opulence Films. Most of the video was shot in Echt, The Netherlands in the Feel Healthy gym. The outdoor shots were captured in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
